We want you to love your C'est normal gear, but if the fit isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached.
Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and securely seal the box to ensure the products are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund once the inspection is complete.
